Quanzhou China Hyatt Hotel
The Park Hyatt in Beijing and Shanghai, the hotel is not a hotel, but a mixed use residential and business complex. The complex is anchored by the Beijing Hyatt Beijing China Hotel, a 1,000-room hotel and office complex covering 1.5 million square meters in the city's central business district. It was recently completed and for the first time in its history, it was made available to the public.
The hotel's Yue Hu Spa offers a combination of Chinese and Western spa treatments and acts like a spa with its own pool and spa facilities. After all, Hyatt Coco Palms Resort is an idyllic Hawaiian resort built in 1953, surrounded by a large coconut grove. The renovation of this Grade II listed property involved the reconstruction of the entire resort and a number of hotels and restaurants in the area, including the hotel itself.
Built in the 19th century by the Emperor of France, it is one of the architectural highlights of Guangzhou. The design that has designed the interior of Grand Hyatt Xi'an incorporates these insights and features works by local artists and aesthetic allusions that allude to the city's rich history and cultural heritage, as well as its history as a tourist destination. In January, Chengdu opened the world's first full-service spa and fitness center.
Upstairs on the 68th floor is the Yue Jing Xuan Chinese restaurant, which specialises in Southern Chinese cuisine. American and foreign guests at Hyatt hotels in China have the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes to try. The hotel has attracted more than 1,000 guests to the bar, which is considered the tallest outdoor bar in China.

When the Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula opened, it was one of the city's most important projects. Located in South Korea, the hotel is located on an imposing tower in a newly built complex that also includes a hotel, restaurant, retail and office space, as well as a restaurant and bar. The Hyatt opened its first hotel in China in 1969 and has grown into one of the largest hotel chains in the world, with more than 1,000 hotels and restaurants. Over the next four years, HyATT plans to double its presence in the country with 22,000 additional rooms, the largest number of hotels in a single city in its history. Chengdu will soon host eight properties, and the city is seen as a key hub for developing new hotels, restaurants, shops, offices and other amenities. Los Angeles will welcome its third Hyatts brand in 2016, while the Chinese metropolis of Xian will welcome six new residents.
Asia Pacific and North America are the most popular markets for Hyatt properties, with 138 and 136 Hyatt branded properties expected to increase in the coming years, respectively. The US has won the development race in China with more than 1,000 hotels, restaurants, shops and other facilities.
